The great Buckminster Fuller once said,
“If you want to teach people a new way of thinking, don’t bother trying to teach them. Instead, give them a tool, the use of which will lead to new ways of thinking.”
The Honor Window is a tool that has transformed my life, my way of thinking and my way of relating to myself and others. You could say I created it, because I needed it. It helped me to learn to more deeply trust the authority of my heart when relating to and in conflict with loved ones and with everyone.
This tool continues to evolve over time, and it evolves me the more I use with myself and when facilitating others. I am excited to see people around the world learning to use it and sharing it with others, and I invite everyone to share new ways they are using it.
